Handmade cocktail hat, fascinator. I've covered a 4" fascinator base with pale pink dupioni silk and decorated with a bow and matching pink birdcage veil. Simply but perfect for bridal and weddings. It really is just darling!
The hat fastens with a clear comb and thin hat elastic and is fully lined.
