I bought a large bag of second hand wooden curtain pole hoops and began thinking about different ways to upcycle them into something completely new. Inspired by larger crocheted hoops I had seen on Pinterest I decided to experiment with this on a smaller scale. I have always loved hearts and decided to add a little heart motif in the centre. These brooches use up tiny scraps of wool felt and I have a lot of fun playing with different colour combinations! I hope you like them too!

Full description
A hot pink handmade brooch made around a second hand curtain pole hoop.
There is a little hand cut heart, hand stitched into the centre of the scalloped crochet frame.
To keep this series of brooches truly unique I am only making 1 brooch in each colour combination.
This badge would make a colourful fastening to a summer shawl or it could be fastened on to a bag for a pop of colour!
There is a brooch pin on the reverse.
Approximately 7 cm diameter
All items are posted Royal Mail, 1st class within 24 hours and postage within the UK is FREE!
