I was just starting to get the hang of knitting in the round and I wanted to have a go at coming up with a pattern myself for something small, this was the result! I fell in love with the very first one I made (he's called Marty and can be seen wearing his pink scarf in the display pic on this page) and have since been knitting an army of them.
They love to sit on my laptop and keep an eye on everything that's going on! I'm pretty sure they may be planning world domination...

At only 4cm tall and 8cm long from the tip his nose to the end of his tail it is hard for a miniature dinosaur to stand out from the crowd however Sterling sure knows how to manage it!
Not only does he have an eye catching red, green and blue striped mohican hair style but just in case that wasn't enough he has a nose ring too!
He loves punk music, skateboarding and playing video games.
He is hand knitted from green yarn, filled with polyester stuffing and finished with tiny wiggle eyes. The mohawk is made from blue, red and green yarn that is hand stitched in place before being carefully brushed. The nose ring is made from a small silver plated jump ring.
Sterling also comes with his own date of knit certificate.
