Full description

This is one of my hand sculpted porcelain spoons. It features a tiny little blue and gold bird on the side of the spoon, which itself is the shape of an oyster shell. The spoon was hand sculpted, then sent off to the studio kiln, fired, then glazed and fired again. Lastly I painted it with porcelain paints. It has a little hole at the top of the floral decorated handle so it can be hung on the wall if so desired. It's a one if a kind, unique object of beauty. The front of the oyster spoon is very shiny but the back has a tactile Matt finish with little tiny gold dots and indentations. One of a kind, this would make a beautiful gift for lover of beautiful and unique things!
