Full description

Say hello to my little burly bear hand sculpted (and painted) porcelain milk jug! He started life as a ball of clay but after some squidging and sculpting he became this lovely bear, once he was dry he went off to the kiln, then he got glazed and another firing. Last of all he was hand painted using porcelain paint and is now ready to be part of a tea party or just look pretty with some flowers on a shelf! The milk comes out of his snout when poured which looks very cute indeed!

5cm x 9cm

Sometimes during the second firing after glazing hairline fractures can appear, they don't impede the use at all but as so much time goes into sculpting them I sell them at a lower price. This jug has a fracture inside the jug at the bottom. It's still perfectly useable and simply a surface imperfection inside and not visible to look at. Please do not clean the jug with abrasive scourers but wash gently in warm water to maintain its surface pattern.
