I'm always inspired by animals, especially woodland animals and have been making British fox things for the last few years and watching a wildlife documentary earlier this year I fell in love with the beautiful Arctic fox!

Full description

Say hello to my little hand sculpted (and painted) porcelain Arctic Fox milk jug! He started life as a ball of clay which I sculpted into a unique and delightful one of a kind milk creamer jug. Then he went off to the studio for his first firing, then he got glazed with transparent glaze and back in the kiln for a second firing. Lastly he was hand painted using porcelain paints. Unlike a traditional jug with a wide lip opening at the top, fluid pours from his snout! A lot of love and time went into making this little chap and all he wants is a nice new home! Perfect for fancy tea parties or as a decorative jug with flower posies! Sometimes during the second firing process tiny hairline fractures can occur, they don't impede the use but as so much time goes into the hand sculpting process I still sell them but at a slightly reduced price. This jug has two such fractures at the bottom inside the jug (see picture) which means this is jug is being sold at a reduced price. Please wash gently in warm water to retain the jugs surface pattern quality.
