I was left some odd piece of the vintage green rayon fabric and I remembered my mother once had a shopping bag made from the same material. I knew there wasn’t enough to make a complete bag but I have a large amount of the orange and lemon print fabric. I think the two fabric compliment each other very nicely.

Full description
A handmade orange and lemon print shopping bag with short hand held handles. This shopping bag has a reinforced bottom of quilted material between the bag and the lining. The bottom part of the bag has been created with 100% cotton fabric with a pattern of oranges and lemons on an off white background. The top part of the bag is created using a piece of vintage green rayon fabric.
The bag has been lined with a piece of white, 100% cotton fabric.
The handles are short handles design to be held in the hand rather than carried on the shoulder. They are created from the same orange and lemon print cotton fabric as the bottom of the bag.
Approximate size: Length/depth 15.5inhes (39.5cm) by 17inches (43cm) wide. The base is approximately 4inches (10cm) wide.
Approximate size of Handles: 1inch wide (2.3cm) by 8 inches (20cm) long.
Washing Instructions: May be machine washed up to 40degrees.
