This listing is for two coasters featuring the text 'Mum's Wine' and 'Dad's beer' hand cut from copper, and fused between two layers of glass.

At approximately 10cm x 10cm this item is sure to bring a smile to everyone's face and makes a unique and special gift.

Having been fired for over 12 hours in my kiln this item is one-of-a-kind and although I make similar items, no two will ever be identical, due to the nature of the process involved in firing them. Even the copper inside varies in colour due to the amount of heat I expose it to, enabling the effects to be quite different.
