When we were children, our mothers taught us to store our nightdresses in handmade rag doll or soft toy cases that sat comfortingly at the ends of our beds. We thought this tradition was well worth reviving! And it gives us a great excuse to enjoy working on all the tiny details - such as Tilly's hand crocheted collar and cuffs - and raid our store of lovely vintage remnants for dolls' dresses.

A very pretty, traditional rag doll nightdress case, Tilly will look lovely on any bed. She stores nightclothes out of sight inside her capacious skirt.
Tilly is dressed in a pure cotton green-checked dress with hand-crocheted collar and cuffs, and a white Irish linen apron. Her sweet face is hand embroidered
She measures 51cm (20in).
