I have never been a fan of the plastic bag for carrying my shopping. So I decided to make some large, soft strong bags that could washed in the washing machine and reuse over and over again. I wanted the bags to be both useful and pretty and this material fitted the description of both being pretty, soft and strong.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Full description
A large shopping bag with long shoulder length handles. This bag has been created with a soft but thick cotton fabric. The pattern on the fabric is an abstract mix of purple/pink roses, squares in different shades of green and lines of four green leaves on a background of a mottled pale yellow and cream background.
The top band of the bag has been constructed in patchwork of pieces of soft thick cotton consisting of shades of green, cream, pinks and touches of pale blue
All around the bag is a strip of pink and white paisley design binding between the main part of the bag and the top band of patchwork. On one side of the bag this band has been decorated with a row of hand sewn wooden beads. It has been further decorated with a line of green ribbon.
The bottom of the bag has been reinforced with a strip of quilted fabric in between the outside of the bag and the lining.
The lining is a cotton polyester mixed fibre material in a fine stripe of dark blue and white.
Around the top of the bag is a decorative row of hand stitching in pink cotton embroidery thread.
