I walk my dog in some beautiful green areas in Sheffield. I love trees and natural forms; they seem to speak to me. I love the tranquillity it brings me when I walk. I take photographs and use them as an influence and inspiration in my work.

Full description
All my pieces are taken from photographs taken in Sheffield woodlands and Saltfleet. I love trees and the colours, shapes and textures. Autumn is my favourite season due to the colours. I transfer my ideas into a sketchbook and onto glass. Glass is a lovely medium to work with as it is never the same each time it is fired or made. Every piece is unique. Silver birch fused glass art. Either large freestanding wave . Hand crafted unique art. Two pieces of Bullseye glass painted with glass enamels with added frits fused together in the kiln. Can be fully fused so it's totally smooth. Can be fused so there is texture on the glass, let me know. Colours may vary as they are made to order. Beautiful bright colours depicting autumn.
