You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

Normal turn around time is 1-2 weeks, I will always aim to get your order to you as quickly as I can. All items are posted First Class by Royal Mail, this is an untracked service which usually takes 2-4 working days for delivery within the United Kingdom. International parcels usually arrive within 1-2 weeks, depending on your location it may take longer. If you would like tracked postage to guarantee delivery by a certain date, message me and I'll be happy to arrange this for you. If you are unhappy with your pencils, please get in touch as soon as you can. I'm happy to work with you to rectify any issues. Unused pencils returned in their original condition within 30 days from dispatch date are eligible for a refund, unfortunately personalised items are exempt from this unless they are faulty. If you need your pencils by a certain date within my 1-2 week turnaround time please get in touch to let me know BEFORE you purchase and I will confirm if this is possible to avoid any disappointment. Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
