A medium size quilt using a traditional Pin Wheel pattern in bright Greens, Hot Pinks, and White I always have a bit of a love/hate relationship with triangles because getting all of the points and corners to meet up exactly is soooo ...frustrating. But when I get it right I can't help but smile, and practice makes perfect as they say! This one is a mixture of 100% cotton new fabric and re purposed bedding.
It measures aprox 175cm x 112 cm so would sit quite nicely on a single bed. But would also look gorgeous hanging on the side of a chair or settee. Its great for snuggling up in the evenings with a good book.
The Batting is a good quality 80% cotton 20% polyester mix that gives the quilt a good weight and is machine washable at 40 degrees, although I recommend 30 degrees with minimal or no spin.
