I have a large personal collection of vintage bags and purses which influence my designs. I like to combine a vintage feel with a contemporary look, using the bespoke needlecraft techniques that I have learnt from my work as a professional costume maker.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
All of the handmade items for sale in my shop are Bespoke and/or Personalised, and are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty. Please notify damaged or faulty goods to me immediately and return them within 7 days of receipt (please ensure that your package is recorded by the carrier as I cannot assume responsibility for items lost in the post). Any refund due will be paid to you via PayPal.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

BESPOKE WEDDING PURSE HANDMADE TO ORDER - 'EMMY' DESIGN
I have designed this purse for a bride to have with her on her wedding day, to hold a few small essential items such as her lipstick, hankie, etc.
The purse (which measures approx. 17cm x 19cm excluding the strap) has an ivory silk dupion main body and a carrying strap which wraps around the wrist. It fastens with an internal magnetic clasp fastening, and has a satin lining on the inside. 'Emmy' is finished with ivory ribbon edging and pearl bead trims.
The ivory dupion fabric I use has a slubbed, slightly textured surface, which is characteristic of this type of silk.
