Full description
A Wild Cherry tasting or stirring spoon, with a deep bowl, hand carved by us, in our workshops. We only use green wood (fresh living wood) because it can twist and move in the process of seasoning, creating wonderful natural surprises. It allows great freedom in making and designs can evolve from the unique nature of every piece of wood chosen. All wood is collected by us, from the local countryside.
We really wish you could handle our spoons; they are so tactile. We're certain, that if you did handle them, you'd fall in love instantly. Once you've had a Huckleberry & Young spoon, you'll never look at another spoon in the same way again !! Each spoon takes between 4 and 8 hours to carve and finish.
