Full description
A lovely tote bag or handbag made from hand made felt. The felt has been made from natural brown (undyed) NZ Perendale wool nuno felted onto a cotton muslin base which provides strength and stability. Although described as brown, I would describe the colour as grey tinged with brown. The felt has been backed by a medium weight interfacing which adds additional strength and helps the bag maintain its shape. A tree in blossom and two woolly sheep have been felted onto one side of the bag as surface decoration. The bag is lined with cream coloured cotton calico. A magnetic closure has been added to the top and the side seams have been double stitched for added strength. The bag measures approximately 35cm (14") across the top and 25cm (10") high (excluding handles) and would make a lovely accessory for any outfit.
