I designed this kit as my son loved helping me make lip balms when I made them for craft fairs. Kids love making what adults make and we enjoy the time spent together, hopefully you will have as much fun making them as me and Matthew do.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns on this kit, unless faulty, as it contains raw natural ingredients.

Everything you need to make these lip balms is included in the kit - ingredients, jars, instructions and blank labels for you to personalise
PERSONALISATION:
I can personalise the label on this craft kit for you - simply message me to let me know what you would like on your label (e.g. Martha's Yummy Lip Balms'). If no message is sent, I will print 'Strawberry Lip Balms' on the label for you.

Please Note: As this kit is designed as an activity for adults and children to enjoy together, AND as the oils get rather hot, adult supervision of children is required at all times when making this kit. NOT suitable for under 6 years old.
