Rose the owl is wearing her best nightie. It's a little impractical for night flights, but she likes to look her best.
Rose the owl is painted on to a scalloped wooden oval that measures 8.9 x 10.9 x 0.3 cm.
The painting has been varnished, and has a hook on the back so that it's ready for hanging.
