I have more than one creative hat. As a painter I use my nickname, Bee, and under my given name, Barbara Skelton, I've designed a commercially produced range of needle craft kits and projects for needle craft magazines. Playing with threads and fabrics remains as much a love as it always was and between paintings I feel inspired to gradually add a few tiny textile treasures into my new Sewing Bee category. Full description
A pretty floral pincushion cross stitch hand embroidered with spring primulas in purple and lavendar colours onto cotton fabric. Decorated with a purple bow, a black felt backing and deep sky blue hanging cord. It would make a beautiful and useful enhancement to any sewing activity for yourself or as a gift for a sewing friend.
Size 2.5 x 2.5in (6.5 x 6.5cm) plus hanging cord.
