Influenced by the old leather music cases, I have designed a range of thick felt music cases. They are great for keeping documents, newspapers and magazines flat and neat. You can carry your documents to meetings in a new and stylish case, bright and colourful.
This one is made in red felt with red stitching.
I use only British made, industrial quality, 100% wool, 3mm thick felt, so your bag will be sturdy and durable.
The secure closing bar is hand forged in stainless steel by my husband, artist blacksmith Toby Petersen. The ends of the bar are decorated with a button motif taken from the buttons that I have on my other bags and purses.
The bag measures approximately 12inches (30cms) tall excluding the handle, 17 inches (43cms) wide and 3 inches (7.5cms) deep. The closing bar measures about 10 inches (25.5cms) long.
It is of such quality that it can be washed in a machine using the delicate wool wash and special wool washing liquid. Please do not tumble dry but reshape whilst damp and leave to dry naturally.
