applique & free motion embroidered super scary zombie sloth.
this little lady measures 12cm (5 inches) from the top of her head to the bottom of her shuffling toes. her crazy long arms are outstretched for cuddles… but watch out for those deadly claws.
this sloth is made from corpse blue linen and pink floral liberty print fabric which has been layered & appliqued onto cotton calico, the intricate details drawn freehand with free machine (free motion) embroidery. her eyeballs are hand embroidered.
all of my work is made entirely on a domestic sewing machine. everything is cut, stitched & drawn freehand by me, ensuring it is unique, well made and securely constructed.
this zombie sloth is made from heavy weight calico. i pre-wash all my fabrics so they’re soft and shouldn’t shrink if washed. she’s stuffed with (CE & BS5852) polyester filling, and is finished by hand.
due to the very nature of free machine embroidery and handmade, each zombie will vary eeeever so slightly.
