A set of six extra large Place Mats and Coasters, created in patchwork. The main materials used for the top side of the mats and coaster are a plain blue and a darker blue with tiny white flower poly cotton fabric. They are very lightly padded with a layer of loose weave cotton material. The reverse sides are created from a dark blue and white striped poly cotton material.

The patchwork Place Mats and Coasters are finished with a round of top stitching in a very pale blue cotton thread.

Approximate Size: Place Mats 11inches (28cm) long by 16inches (40.5cm) wide
Coaster are 5.8inches (14.6cm) square.

Washing Instructions: Place Mats and Coaster can be machine washed up to 40 degrees. Can be ironed but use a cooler iron for the reserve side.

Blue and white has always been one of my favourite colour schemes, due to my love of blue and white Willow pattern china. I also enjoy the art of patchwork and these Place Mats and Coasters are based on the ones I made for a friend a few years ago but this time in my favourite colour scheme.
