Full description
An atmospheric, applique, embroidered landscape featuring a pretty spring scene with sheep and pink blossom, decorates this pretty brooch.
The background of this brooch has been created by appliqueing an assortment of fabric scrapss, to a fleece fabric background. The fabrics have been arranged to compose a patchwork of fields. Details of the composition have been added by hand embroidery.
Couching, over fancy yarn, in spring shades, frames the design.
The brooch is stiffened by plastic cut from a recycled bottle over which the embroidered fleece is stretched. The back of the brooch is neatened with commercial felt and a brooch pin is securely stitched in place.

Items of embroidered jewellery may not be colourfast - care should be taken to remove them from clothing before washing.
