A sweet 10cm x 10cm personalised heart to celebrate 40 years of marriage!
Personalise to read the couples names on the plaque. Just let me know when you checkout the names you would like written on your plaque.
Heart is embellished with 3 hearts, 2 larger red ones and a smaller natural one that is fixed to the red heart at the bottom.
Finished off with contrasting red polka dots and jute twine for hanging
