Full description
I've covered a 10cm or 4" fascinator base with cherry red satin and decorated with a black sequin beaded lace trim, a hand beaded black flower and black birdcage veil. Great hat for a burlesque wedding vibe.
Cocktail hat is fully lined and fastens with a thin hat elastic.
This is hand made to order and shipped within about 4 days usually.
