I love floral forms and have tried to create a stylized yet realistic thistle.
Thistles can be made in the tweed or tartan to match your outfit and in quantity for weddings.

Full description
Beautiful hand crafted Harris Tweed Thistle to wear as a buttonhole at a wedding or as a brooch. Unisex item. Popular with Highland kilt dress outfits.
The top of the thistle is made from a frayed length of tweed. This Centre is wired to create a stem and the bulb part is painstakingly formed and stuffed using the remnants from the frayed piece.
This process is long and slow! Patience in abundance too.
A safety catch is sewn to the back for attaching to your outfit.
