A leather notebook is one of those little luxuries that pleases just about everyone. The leather that I used for this little journal is of gorgeous quality and texture. Teamed with the really lovely hand-marbled paper lining, crisp squared-paper pages and beautiful glass beads, it makes a great present for a special person. Of course, you could buy it for yourself too!

Full description
A hand made leather journal, pocket notebook or sketchbook, filled with squared paper. Great gift for a keen mathematician, your favourite chap, or a teen science geek!
High quality leather cover in rich chocolate brown, lined with a beautiful hand-marbled paper, by bookbinder and artist, Rhonda Miller. The book is hand bound with contrasting linen thread in golden yellow.
Two golden glass beads embellish the fold-over flap (unlined for flexibility) and form a fastening, with double strands of linen cord. The cords wrap round the back of the book and tie around the beads. The cords are attached in such a way, that you can slacken them on the inside of the wrapover, and use them as an adjustable pen-holder (see photos).
The book contains 60 pages (120 sides) of high quality, mid-weight cream text paper, which is printed with small squares, in light grey. The pages are stitched in six sets, with a longstitch binding.
Book measures 13.5cm / 5.25ins, X 11.5cm / 4.5 ins.
Pages measure 13cm / 5ins X 10cm / 4ins.
