After painting daffodils in a looser style, I wanted to create a similar effect with poppies.

A beautiful watercolour of vibrant red poppies complete with mount.
The painting is approximately 9 inches x 7 inches and comes with a cream mount. With the mount, the overall picture is 10 inches x 8 inches.
The watercolour is unframed.
I painted this watercolour using Winsor and Newton artists' quality paints onto 300 gsm watercolour paper and used watercolour intense pencils for added texture. As an original work of art, this watercolour would make a lovely present for Mother's Day, Easter, or for a wedding, birthday or anniversary!
The watercolour will be sent by first class post in protective cellophane, tissue paper and cardboard.
