You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

PAYMENT All payments are to be made via PayPal and must be made within 2 days after purchase or sale could be cancelled and item re-listed SHIPPING All featured items are posted/ shipped out within 3 working days after cleared payment. Goods will be shipped/posted Royal Mail 2nd class to all UK addresses (Please allow 7 working days for delivery). RETURNS If you are unhappy with your purchase you have the right to cancel the contract and return the goods within 7 days after receipt, as long as it’s in the condition that it was sold. I will issue a refund within 30 days. The buyer must pay the return postage. All items are in perfect condition when posted to you.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
