Full description
This notebook/ journal has been created using traditional bookbinding methods. I have left the spine exposed, as I think it a shame to hide this particularly attractive feature.
The book is covered with calico book cloth (not recycled), onto which I have printed an image taken from a vintage dress pattern and I have also picked out one of the lines with pale khaki linen stitches. A magnet has been securely embedded within the cover to hold the tape measure in place.
The book contains 110 pages: 10 signatures, or 55 folios (folded pages), of assorted recycled or scavenged papers and 5 handmade envelopes.
Measurements: height 10.8 cm, width 10.7 cm and depth 2.3 cm ( 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" x 1")
