SoapAroma came into being after a desire to understand what it was I was putting on to my young children's skin at each bath time. Armed with a greater understanding of what was useful and what was not I set about making my own soap by hand from scratch, first for my family and then for friends. Since my very first handmade bar and the inevitable 'Happy Soaper' dance I have taken my small scale, one woman hobby to another creative level and have experimented with a range of natural colours, botanicals and essential oils but the aim is always to keep the soaps simple, mild and kind to use. Some of my soaps are regular performers but I also keep the creativity going by producing smaller one-off batches and who knows as a fan base grows they may too be making a more permanent appearance.
The 'Gardener's Bar' comes from my own gardening experiences - a desire to harness some key herbal scents with a gentle and efficient way to cleanse and revive work tired hands.

Full description
This natural soap is handcrafted using high quality vegetable oils using the traditional cold-process soap-making technique. This retains high levels of natural glycerine, a valuable and natural skin moisturiser.
As a keen gardener myself (and one who prefers to garden without gloves), I know how important it is to have an effective means of removing dirt and grime without any drying effect. The Gardener’s Bar is a highly moisturising, fresh scented soap of peppermint and rosemary essential oils. Green clay cleanses and the finely granulated orange peel powder will help remove dirt and mud reviving busy hands.
Each bar comes with a cigar-style paper band listing full ingredient details.
Sold as an individual bar, each is approximately 110g but often weighs more. As each bar is hand cut soaps may vary in size and may present with the odd dent or bump adding to the character of a handcrafted item.
Ingredients: Water, Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Sustainable Organic Palm Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Cocoa Butter, Fairtrade Organic Shea Butter, Peppermint & Rosemary Essential Oils, Green Clay and Orange Peel Powder.
Free from SLS, sulphates, parabens, artificial colours and fragrances. Suitable for vegans.
Storage and use:
This is a premium product, handmade without artificial preservatives. Store in a cool, dry place prior to use. Natural soap will last longer if allowed to dry out between uses in a free draining soap dish.
