Honeycomb brings you the honey exactly as the bees made it. All the subtle perfumes and flavours carefully stored, ready to burst out and greet you with nothing lost in processing. Slice it or spoon it onto scones or good bread with butter or clotted cream (Mmmm!). Try it as a topping for ice cream or thick Greek yogurt or even on your breakfast muesli.

This gift consists of a square of honeycomb cut straight from the hive, framed with a pink heart and packed in a textured white card box with a window. All finished with a pink ribbon. Your honeycomb will weigh a minimum of 420g.

I love honeycomb and I'd love you to love it too.

Honey from the jar is great but it's inevitable that some of the more delicate flavours are reduced by even the most gentle handling. Not so in comb honey, it's sealed in by the bees and the first person to open those tiny little wax pots is you!

Is the comb "chewy"? I don't think so. I'd say the texture is somewhere between crumbly and melting at room temperature or cooler. On hot toast you'll notice more of a chew, also if you eat it on it's own by the spoonful, which you may wish to do as you become more addicted!

You must be intrigued by now, do try it, I'm sure It'll be a hit on Valentine's day!
