These plaques measure 20 x 10cm
With Multi coloured and different sized hanging hearts with your loved one's names
Carefully handwritten
with shabby chic embellishments, such as hearts and stars ( which may vary )
finished with a Ginham ribbon bow
A really lovely gift
When placing your order, please leave me a message at checkout or via contact seller with your name requirements e.g: Nan , Nanny, Grandma, Nan and Granddad etc and the individual names for the hearts and listed in the order you would like them hung Left to Right .
