Full description
This is a pretty spring flower encaustic art painting on a miniature block canvas, which has been mounted on light green mottled paper and then framed in a box frame. The second photograph shows the whole item.
The painting was created in encaustic wax, using heat tools. The background was created on a miniature block canvas using an iron, and the 'stars' were then added with a stylus.
This has been mounted in a 7 x 7 inch (18 x 18 cm) box frame, with an insert size of 6 x 6 inches / 15.2 x 15.2 cms.
