Full description
Gorgeous shade of zingy, zesty lime in these earrings, which are handmade the traditional way on the Island of Murano in Venice, Italy. These lampglass beads are lined with gold foil before being generously layered with clear glass in a lovely fat teardrop shape. The bead is hand wired with gold-filled wire and are suspended from gold-filled safety ear hooks.
Gold-filled means that a thick layer of high karat gold is bonded to a base metal, thus keeping the price down, but the bling-count up! The gold will not rub off as is often the case with gold plated items.
