Full description
A lovely piece of textile art which I have hand embroidered to my own design onto a piece of natural calico.
It is displayed in a hoop which measured 7 inches across and a piece of purple satin ribbon has been included for hanging (although you can use anything you wish - garden twine and even string can be very effective!).
The piece has been backed with a piece of lemon cotton and the whole hoop neatened off with another piece of cotton. I don't glue my hoops as it enables the work to be removed if necessary - and also means that the hoop can be reused.
This piece of hoop art would make a lovely unique gift.
