Beautiful genuine Harris Tweed lampshade in burnt orange, green and brown tartan pattern. A lovely addition to a study or a country style home, these lampshades add a touch of the Hebrides.
The item pictured is 35cms wide x 25cms high, this size is suitable for a standard lamp or large table lamp, 40cm and 45cm diameters also work very well with standard lamp bases. Other sizes are available, 20cm dia, 25cm, 30cm, 35cm, 40cm, and 45cm please. The lampshade ring and lamp fitting are epoxy coated and the internal lampshade panel is safe to use with regular 40W candle bulbs, however, low energy candle bulbs are recommended as they are cooler to the touch. Drum shades include a converter ring to adapt to UK/European fittings. I buy my tweed directly from the weavers on the Isle of Harris, so if you have a favourite design then get in touch and I'll see if I can find it for you.
