If I have overcharged postage and packaging I will refund the excess. My cards all weigh differently and it is difficult to estimate especially if more than one item. For multiple cards I may need to ask for additional payment of postage
I use 1st class postage for large letters and 2nd class for small parcel post for uk orders. If you would prefer 2nd class to save on postage just let me know and I will refund the difference
For postage abroad I use standard mail.
For large orders I prefer to track them.
Cards will be shipped in a padded envelope or a box depending on the size.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Full description
A landscape card measuring 210x148mm (8.25x6in) has a design of a 3D bear and HUGS. I have used blue sparkly card for edges and white or blue sparkly hearts.
I have made this card for a customer so please let me know what you would like on the card.
Insert has a verse but please let me know if you would prefer your own .
I have also shown you a photo of the card with no balloon and just Happy Birthday on it if you would prefer.
I also have a pink version of this card suitable for a girl
