Full description
This unusual Spalted Beech tea-light holding bowl, with glass cup insert, has been made from the wood of a 200 year old tree that came down in strong winds and luckily fell away from my friend’s house! The wood has been allowed to dry out naturally for a couple of years before turning.
After turning, the bowl has been sanded smooth before being given multiple applications of food safe mineral oil.
For your safety - Never leave a lit candle unattended!
