Influenced by my own obsession with healthy eating, I've produced this vitamin and minerals chart, its a basic reminder of what does what in the world of vitamins and mineral, illustrated with quirky images around the edge, I have left out any red meat products, and tried to concentrate on foods which we often forget are great sources of nutrients.
