Full description
A pair of wood veneer, laser cut coasters.
Before being laser cut, separate sheets of plywood were veneered with walnut and maple. After cutting they have been reassembled and laminated. A black wool, felt bottom has then been applied to the bases. To finish they have been treated with finishing oil to make them durable and water resistant before being buffed with a further protective layer of carnauba wax.
