Full description
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
A patchwork heart, a favourite of my heart designs.
It is 13cm high by 10cm wide.
I have made this one in Rainbow shades, always my favourite, using a mixture of 16 different textures and shades of the 7 colours of the spectrum.
it is vibrantly coloured and I've included some iiridescent glass for extra shimmer and the different textures and streaks give it movement.
It looks wonderful hanging in the window, catching the sun.
It is a simple heart shape but a patchwork arrangement of 16 pieces.
A silver coloured little chain is securely attached to the top of the suncatcher with a little ring to hang it.
This item is absolutely unique. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass.
The 5th photo shows a previous heart made to the same pattern but in blue, purple and red shades.
This would make a wonderful present for someone you love.
I can make it in different colour combinations, please ask.
At the time of listing this one I also have a red and pink version as a separate listing in my shop.
