Full description
I create original artworks in ink, collage and stitch. From these I create designs which are made into ceramic transfers. I apply these to ready glazed ceramics and they are then fired at my local arts centre. This piece, 'Autumn Sun', features a glowing orb of a sun over a landscape of rich autumn tones. A cottage sits on the horizon overlooking the glorious trees below. There is text from a vintage diary as the backdrop to the image. It measures 180mm tall with a diameter of 35mm. There are slight variations in the vases which mean they lean slightly giving them character. When placed in a group they seem to be having a conversation! From a range of designs to collect.
