My inspiration.... Needing a little box that is handy for all sorts of things... I use mine to store utensils, cutlery, haberdashery, pens, and even for a pot plant!

I have hand made a collection of these wooden boxes and carefully designed them to be a very handy, practical size. On opposing sides are cut outs of French adverts from the 1950's.
The box measures 14cm (5.5") square and is 16 cm (6") in height, with an inside height of 14 cm. Very sturdy and made from pine, I have then deeply waxed the box to give it a wonderful patina.
