This design was inspired by the beautiful Tudor tapestries I saw on a visit to the Victoria & Albert Museum in London.

Full description
Screen printed tea towel featuring a modern, fresh version of the traditional English Tudor Rose motif.
I Initially carved the rose design into a lino block to create a textured print, which I digitised and turned into a repeat for screen printing. Using a vibrant magenta ink, the traditional Tudor rose motif takes on a retro yet modern, Scandinavian look.
The Tudor Rose tea towel would look fab in any kitchen – retro or modern, and beautifully packaged, also makes a lovely gift.
Printed with water based ink on 100% cotton, hemmed on all four sides, with a hanging loop, and the Huckleberry logo. Size 50 cm x 70 cm (approx).
The print has been heat-cured and is machine washable at 40 degrees on a gentle cycle.
Designed by Suzie Kemner in London
