Full description

A homely line from William Shakespeare printed onto a beautiful old book page and framed in eco friendly wood, perfect for a housewarming gift.

The print reads: "I like this place and willingly could waste my time in it".

This quirky Shakespeare quote will make a great addition to your new home, or a friend’s.

Printed on lovely old book pages, the artwork is framed in ethically sourced wood and then gift wrapped in a beautiful old road map. The Shakespeare quote is printed using a hand drawn font made exclusively for Bookishly, and the original book pages make each one unique. Your page will be randomly picked from Shakespeare's Complete Works.

Each page is slightly smaller than A5, approximately 15.5 x 21.5cm (around 6 x 8.5 inches). A small lip of black frame measuring 0.3cm shows around the page, and the frame itself is 3cm deep.

I source the black wooden block frames in Northamptonshire, where they are handmade using wood sourced from sustainably managed forests.

Lightweight and easy to display, they stand up by themselves or hang flush to the wall, and look great on a bookshelf. The frames are lightweight and contain no glass so you can feel the lovely old page. I hunt down the books in local charity shops and second hand book dealers.
