freehand embroidered zombies door hanger - "shhh! zombies sleeping..."
measures approx. 24cm (9.5 inches) x 21cm (8 inches), 30cm wide including dowling.
these zombies are constructed from layered cotton and linen fabrics appliqued onto cotton calico. the intricate details are drawn on with free machine (free motion) embroidery, and the eye balls are hand embroidered.
this hanging is made entirely on a domestic sewing machine.
everything is cut, stitched and handmade, with care, by me, ensuring it is unique, well made and securely constructed.
it is made from cotton calico, stiffened with interfacing, and the reverse is lined with purple / lilac cotton.
my design is based on original drawings by Little Black Heart, and is used under license.
