This Lake District inspired stained glass Heart will make the perfect gift for the one you love. Inspired by the beautiful British countryside, this unique light catcher is richly coloured and it glows beautifully in the sun.
This one is made to order, so please allow one week to make.
Handcrafted in my home-based studio, I have used best quality glass of different textures and effects, combining gorgeous greens and atmospheric royal blue art glass to evoke the fields and blue sky of a summer's day. It will look absolutely fabulous hanging where it can catch the light.
Heart from the Lake District is created using the traditional Tiffany technique and the solder is finished off with a black patina, finally polished up with carnauba wax to give it everlasting shine. This is real stained glass, not painted on.

Approx 11 x 11 cm (4 x 4 in), it comes ready to hang with a soldered ring and a pretty ribbon.
It is the ideal gift for just about any one and any occasion. It would make a lovely thank you present, a token for a loved one or just a unique birthday present for someone close to you. Everyone needs a heart to love and cherish.
