Full description
A gorgeous light and airy but still warm scarf made from all natural materials using 70% merino wool in sunshine yellow/golden hues blended with 30% bleached tussah silk felted onto on a pale yellow silk chiffon base scarf.
The scarf was made using a nuno felting technique which allows the wool fibres to migrate and felt through the silk. Shrinkage of the wool fibres during the felting process gives a lovely "crinkled" effect to the scarf.
The scarf measures approximately 132cm x 35cm
Suitable for day or evening wear, summer or winter, casual or formal. A truly versatile accessory which would make a lovely gift.
Hand wash only in cool water and reshape while wet.
