Full description
This Beech spoon has been turned and carved from kiln dried Beech. After making, it has been sanded to a super soft finish and then given multiple treatments of food safe mineral oil. The blue band is a created using a non-toxic spirit stain.
The gentle curve and fullness of the handle, along with the softness of the wood, makes this spoon lovely to hold and a pleasure to cook with.
After use, wash in warm soapy warm, rinse and dry with a soft cloth. If the wood becomes dry it may be oiled with olive or similar oil.
It is not recommended that you use this in a dish washer.
